Every booking is individual, so every quote is too. These are genuine starting prices for the work we do most, and the things that move them up or down.
We confirm the full cost in writing before you commit. There are no hidden extras and no charge for talking it through.

All prices are a starting point and include the horses, carriage and coachman in full livery. Travel costs apply beyond our home counties and are always quoted upfront.
What moves the price
Four things, and none of them are a surprise on the invoice.
Distance from Grantham
There is no travel supplement anywhere in Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire or Rutland. Beyond those counties we quote the travel element separately and upfront, before you commit to anything.
How long we are with you
A wedding arrival is a different job from a full afternoon of rides. Prices above are a starting point for a standard booking; we will tell you exactly what your timings cost.
Horses and carriage
A single horse, a pair, or a coach and four all price differently, as do the Landau and the wagonette. We will recommend what suits the occasion rather than what costs most.
Time of year
Summer Saturdays and the prom season are the busiest dates in the calendar. Booking early is the surest way to get both the date and the turnout you want.
Value
What you are paying for on the day.
Seventeen years of professional driving, horses that have worked at Olympia and Wembley and stood calmly through drone buzz and crowd noise, and a turnout that funeral directors and Belvoir Castle put their own names behind.
The horses are Gelderlander Dutch warmbloods and Hungarian Lippizaners, kept and presented to a standard that shows in every photograph. Danny drives; Sarah runs the arrangements. You deal with the two of us from first enquiry to the day itself.
