A carriage does something a limousine cannot
Prom night has a lot of cars in it. What it rarely has is a pair of horses coming up the drive. The carriage moves at the pace of an occasion rather than a taxi, and everyone still outside sees you arrive.
We bring the horses, the carriage and a coachman in full livery, and we work out the route and the timing with you beforehand so you are not standing about wondering where we are. If you are travelling with friends, tell us how many and we will bring the turnout that suits.
We are based at Barlows Farm just outside Grantham, and we cover Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland without a travel supplement.

What prom carriage hire costs
Prom bookings start at £650. The final figure depends on where you are going, how far it is from Grantham and how long we are with you. We will give you a firm price before you commit, and there is nothing to pay to ask.

Book earlier than you think
The prom season runs from May to July and it is short. Schools in the same area often hold their proms on the same few evenings, which means one Friday in late June can have several bookings competing for the same horses.
Aim to book six months ahead or more. If your prom is sooner than that it is still worth calling. Dates do come free, and we would rather tell you yes or no quickly than have you assume.
